Connect SPP to Outlook and Google Calendars, so your activities can be in coordination with your existing calendaring software.

It's a shame to create yet another uncoordinated and separate schedule management tool, and it is almost completely impractical if you are already using such tools. i.e., if I am letting Google Calendar maintain my client call details, I'd have to manually transfer calls I set up in SPP to Google, and vice versa.
