Create apps for smartphones and tablets and let them to sync with pc

Well we usually have our smartphones and tablets with us rather than pcs and laptops but pcs can be easily used to plan our sessions. So make the program to sync with apps created for smartphones so that we might carry them wherever we go.

Connect SPP to Outlook and Google Calendars, so your activities can be in coordination with your existing calendaring software.

It's a shame to create yet another uncoordinated and separate schedule management tool, and it is almost completely impractical if you are already using such tools. i.e., if I am letting Google Calendar maintain my client call details, I'd have to...

Exit software functionality. There seems to be only hide into tray and unhide. And it uses a lot of CPU. On an older machine, 30% or more and only a newer on 15% or more.

Try to make it compatible for iPad, tablets, smartphones, Android, etc. Portability of the software to carry on pendrives will make it more beneficiary. If there would be a print option then it would be more better. Copy/ Paste option is missing.
